Customer Satisfaction Survey – Prize Draw

By submitting your email address in connection with the Customer Satisfaction Survey Prize Draw, you agree that Russell & Bromley may use your email address to contact you should you be selected as a prize winner. The promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

To enter the prize draw, simply complete our Customer Satisfaction Survey and select the option to enter the draw, providing your email address. The Prize draw takes place once every quarter (every 3 months) and your entry will be submitted for the draw at the end of the quarterly period in which you submitted your entry. You are limited to one entry per quarterly period regardless of the number of Customer Satisfaction Surveys completed in that period. Automated or bulk entries will not be accepted.

This promotion started on 1st December 2022 and will be run in quarterly periods defined as:

  • 1st January and 31st March
  • 1st April and 30th June
  • 1st July and 30th September
  • 1st October and 31st December

Entries must be received for each quarter’s draw by 23:59 on the last day of the period. Russell & Bromley reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point.

There is one prize for each quarterly period, the prize being a £300 Russell & Bromley e-gift card. The winner will be the first entrant drawn each quarter at random from all valid submitted entries. The winner will be selected and notified by email within 14 days following the end of the period. The prize will be forwarded by email to the winner following such notification within a further 14 days. In the event that any winner refuses acceptance of the prize or, for whatever reason, cannot accept the prize, or if Russell & Bromley is unable to make contact with any winner within 14 days of the draw, Russell & Bromley reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.

The selection of the winning entry will be determined using a random number generator tool and the process supervised by a Director of Russell & Bromley. The result of the prize draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. The quarterly winners’ details (name and county) will be available for six weeks from the last day of each quarter by sending a SAE to the Customer Service Manager, Russell & Bromley Ltd, 24-34 Farwig Lane, Bromley Kent BR1 3RB.

Proof of submitting your entry is not proof of receipt of an entry by Russell & Bromley. Russell & Bromley is not responsible for any entries that fail to be submitted for any technical reason whatsoever. Entries submitted by any other means (including by email and post) will be rejected. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Russell & Bromley reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable for any reason. Russell & Bromley reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

By taking part in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in forfeiture of their prize. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
